The Bride Of Frankenstein OR the birth of a cyborg OR an Alien Or who/whatever you want her to be :D There is no story behind it, it just sort of developed as I went along.

Painted with Photoshop.

Some unusual textures I used if anyone is interested were... the pattern in the eye of a dragon fly on her forehead and boobs. The wings ( veins ) of a dragon fly on her body. And from cgtextures.com I used a suit of armour texture for the tubes and added a cellophane texture on the water.

I will post a close-up of her face soon.

I have made the pipes more interesting due to the fact that they were originally 5 vertical poles that looked very flat. Hopefully these look a bit better.


*Is anyone else getting the messed up comments thing? My replies seem to all be lumped together on the first page! Weird.

WOW mate just wow!

You've aced this concept of a synthetic beauty.. The texture usage is very well done, just enough to hint at the artificial vibe you have gong on with her but nothing is overdone...

I find myself lost with all the small details and this for me is the signs of a great image! You've invited me to explore this creation and I wholeheartedly accept! ;)

The water looks very natural and only compliments what you've done.. DD for sure, well done dude!
